Are you talking about like a fruit juicer or 'juicing' as in using steroids!? Anyway, fruit juice, while it may be healthy if there is no added sugar, will not make you lose weight!. The only way to do that is to reduce caloric intake and gain muscle!. You have to burn some where between 3000 and 3600 calories to lose a pound of fat!. The more muscle you have, the more calories you naturally burn!. Now, the juice may be a healthy alternative to other snacks, but losing the weight is about eating healthy and exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had a Jack LaLane juicer for awhile and while I loved it because it helped me get my servings of veg in (in a MUCH tastier way), I felt the sugar intake and the loss of fiber wasn't really worth it in the end!.
It's still useful to have on hand if you ever want to do a juice cleanse (which is good for your colon every now and again, but is not related to weight loss) but mine is collecting dust at this point!. I just eat the fruits and veg I used to juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Juice diet is not the best way to loose weight healthy!. The reason is that juices are rich on vitamins and carbohydrates, but do not have high protein usually!. Thus they give enough energy, excess of which might be transformed to fat, but not enough building blocks for up-keaping muscles!.
Thus juices are not ok as a single meal for longer diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dude, crash diets are just not the way to go! These stuff are good short-term but eventually all this would catch up to you!. The best way to go at it is to CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE!
Eat well-balanced meals (carbo's and sugars, in moderation, are important too!), develop a exercise routine (better if it involves a sport you really enjoy so you won;t feel like you're "working"), and find time to relax your mind!.
Meditation/yoga is often recommended to keep you in track!. It's the best long-term solution, trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
