I Have to Gain Weight???!!!?!


Question: I Have to Gain Weight!?!?!?!!!!?
I have to put on at least 3-4 lbs to avoid going into inpatient for anorexia (says my mom)!. How should i go about this!? I HATE feeling full, and im really scared i will look fat or be bulging out of my clothes if i gain this weight!. How can i do it HEALTHILY!? And what is a reasonable time frame for me to gain the 3-4lbs!?

protien shakes!.!.!.!.protien bars!.!.!.!.its as easy as drinking a glass of water !.its healthy and youll start to gain a little weight!. for an easy protien shake i would have to suggest 1cup of milk ,1 banana ,1 cup ice cream or frozen yougurt (which ever flavor you like) , and if you like add peanut butter it will add even more protien!. i drank one every day before work for a added boost of energy, and in 3 days i had gained 3 extra pounds!. no joke!. now i drink 1 before hitting the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Carbs!. Make it yummy, if you enjoy gaining the weight (or at least the taste of the food that causes the weight gain) then it'll be easier for you!. Ice cream and poptarts! Eat things with lots of calories and not much mass if its the actual feeling of being full!.

Or if what bothers you is knowing you just consumed so many calories then you should eat lots of healthy food like fruits and vegetables and peanut butter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just increase your intake slightly or snack on fruit!. that way you are keeping fit and don't have to feel full!.
to keep your body in shape you can use things like an abdotrim which is for sit ups and keeps your abs in good shape so you won't bulge out or look fat!.
Just be happy about what you're dong an that is what matters the most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry, you won't be "bulging out of your closes" from gaining 3-4 lbs!. I've recently gained about that much and no one (not even myself) has really noticed/commented on it!. I woulg suggest eating a lot of protein and whole grain and reducing the amount of exercise you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

worst thing u can do to gain that wait is to munch on chocolates n junk food!.!.!.
try eating meats, full fat milk instead of low fat!.!.!.!. there are a few things u can do to gain weight but in a healthy wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ok eat a bowl of ice cream everyday!. To stay in shape while you do this run a lap around your neighborhood or bike, scooter, walk, ect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
