What is the best way to reduce weight up to ten kilos in a month or two??
I am soon will be in high school and I'm personally think that I should do a diet. I've been thinking of exercising with my treadmill machine, but it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestion on anything else I should do to reduce weight? Thank you for your attention...

this is just for your info, i don't like alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, and i don't eat much of junk food because I didn't like it very much..

I used this program, and got 14 kilos off in 4 weeks:
Eat ALWAYS at the same time (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
Eat 2 times a day:
1) 8 A.M.
2) 6 P.M.
Eat as much as you want.
Ride a bicycle 2 or 3 hours a day...
