Question: Please give me a full plan of what I should EAT for one month to lose 30 pounds!.(details included)!?
Hi! I'm Lily!. I want to ask you guys to give me a FULL plan of what I should eat (breakfast,lunch,dinner) for one full month(June) to have the ability to lose exactly 30 pounds and 25 minimum!. I weight 123 pounds right now and I am 12 years old and I am '5"0 in height!. Please, please, please donnot say that I am not over-weight or fat or anything like that!. It is my lifestyle choice and I am 100% sure that I want to do it!. So pelase give me the plan and PLEASE dont make it complicated!. I cant really cook!.!.!.so just give me simple things like apple bread,sandwich etc!.!. So yeah!. I just want the food, dont make it so that it'll fill me up,dont think about fillinf me up!. Just give me the food so that I could lose 30 pounds in one full month(and like 2 days more but yeah)!. Thanks so everyone who did a good job,LOVE YA!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont know about 30 lbs but your sure to lose if you eat lots of fruit, no white foods such a potatoes, bread, flour, sugar, pasta, eat microwave smart meals in frozen section!. Stay away from fried foods and butter!. Chicken and yogart are good!. Drink lots of water it will help the hunger!. Walk alot!. You have got to keep moving!.
