Question: Is this a good diet (i need help!!!)!?
ok so i found ryan reynolds workout plan and diet but i want to know if its going to work for me as well im 6 foot 2 178 ish with a little flab on the lower stomach and around 11-12 % body fat!.!.!. now i found his diet !.!.!. and i want to know if this will work for me as well

2 eggs (whites i think)
1 spoon of almond butter or slice of avocado
1 cup of oatmeal (with or without apple sause)

morning snack protein bar

lunch albacore tuna wrap or chicken salad

mid afternoon protein shake (whey protein), protein bar, or apple and almods

dinner broild fish or chicken, brown rice vegetables and salad

evening snack protein shake/ createine


ok so a few questions waht is albacore tuna!? does it have mayo in it and if so is it low fat mayo!.!.!.!. and avocado butter!.!.!.!. chunky or smooth !.!.!. and is it low fat cuase ive never seen this **** be4 lol so i need help !.!.!.

also its said he put 20 punds roughly of muscle on because of this diet !.!.!. and also trimmed from like 10% bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

His diet does work, but you can't "cheat" at all!. You need to follow it to the letter!.

Albacore tuna is a certain type of tuna which can be found at any grocery store!. Buy the stuff in the pouch!.

By avocado butter I'm positive you mean ALMOND butter!. You can find it with the peanut butter!. It will be smooth, I don't think I've ever seen a chunky variety of almond or cashew butter and I've been eating them for 4 or 5 years now!.

No nut butter is low fat but THAT'S OKAY because it's your good fat for the day!. You NEED good fat, so do NOT worry about the one source of it in this diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Albacore is a type of tuna, no mayo involved!.
The fish is high protein & looks like the whole diet is!.
The protein will help you add muscle, of course you must work out regularly!.
Yes this is a low-fat diet also!.
You may need to add a fruit or two, try pineapples or grapefruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

free range eggs!.!. and forget the chicken!.!. too many growth hormones which willmake you fatter!.!.!.

Albacore tuna is a type of white tune!. Name of the fish! It will only have mayo in it if you open the can of albacore tuna and add mayo!.
Avocado's contain lots of fat!. But it's good fat! Not sure about avocado butter, you will have to google it or look on the label at the store!. The only fats you need to really worry about consuming are saturated fats, and trans fats!.
Do you really want to eat like that!? Just have a good balance diet with lots of fruits and vegies+ protein and carbs and you will be good to go!Www@Answer-Health@Com

CF - I don't like calling people names, but I do call a spade a spade and you're most definitely a spade! You're telling him to forget the single highest source of protein there is, well that and turkey!.

Where is your credible source that has informed you that all chickens are injected with growth hormones!? I can tell you categorically that is NOT the case, and you're extremely ignorant!.

In the UK, the use of growth hormones in *ALL* meat has been illegal for, IIRC, the past decade!.

Chicken and turkey are 'wonder foods'; very high protein, and practically no fat or carbohydrate!.
