Question: Am I overweight!? 10 points- best answer!!?
The summer is practically here, and I really want to wear a bikini, i've worn tankinis my whole life!. If you could please tell me if i need to lose weight or not, and if so, how much!? also, if i need to lose weight some tips would be nice!. 10 POINTS FOR BEST ANSWER! =]

- i am 13
- about 5'2
- 123 pounds

damn i weigh 160 and am almost 5'8 and i wear bikinis
if you feel like you want to lose weigh just make sure your careful about it like cut back your food to about 1500 calories a day and exercise like running is great
but I'm sure your fine so don't worry about it especially since your so young so i wouldn't worry about it when i was 13 i was fat lol like no lie but I'm 16 now and have stretched out a lot!.

I understand the pressure, I have a 13 year old younger sister and when I was young I was constantly worried about my weight!. Its hard to say if you are overweight or not!. I would think no, your medically in the healthy weight range!. To get bathing suit ready you might just want to tone up!. I would recomend sit ups and crunches!. I also love to do pilates you see results within the first week esp if you dont have that much weight to lose!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a shame that Hollywood and magazines try so hard to define beauty and dictate that to us!. Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder!. My ex wife and now fiance point(ed) out that they lost 5 pounds or they have a wrinkle!. Until they said something, I never noticed!. I was (am) deeply and passionately in love with them!.
My Japanese finace is 5,3 and varies between 113 and 120!. She is small breasted and yet still gets a lot of attention everywhere she goes!. Don't sweat it much and if it makes you feel better go for a bike ride for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week and lay off soda and such!. As you are, I can't say a "diet" is even in the picture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You want my honest to god answer!? You have a great weight for your height!. Do you play sports!? If you do, that weight just means you have muscle, and muscle weighs more then fat!. I am the same age as you and about the same weight so there is nothing wrong with that weight!. :-DWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are too young to be worried about your weight!. You are still growing!. Just focus on eating a healthy balanced diet and exercising most days of the week!. Stay active and healthy and you have no need to worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
