Question about weightlifting?!
Question: Question about weightlifting!?
If I am using a split routine: (back and biceps, chest and triceps, legs and shoulders) is it ok to workout two days in a row!? I have been doing total body for a couple months and decided to switch it up!. So if I do chest and tricep on monday can I do back and bi's on tuesday or do i still need to rest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah sure you can!. You "only" need to rest that muscle group you worked on the same day!. So when you do chest and tricep on mon, make sure you don't work the same muscles the day after, that's all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeh you can do that!. most muscle groups, with the exception of maybe the abs, recover after about 48 hours!. back and bicep workouts arent closely related enough to chest and tricep workouts to have an effect on them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
