Question: Workout help :)!?
I'm 13 and i always do excersises!.i go to the gym everyday except saturday and sundays!. well i run and do healthy stuff!. i always eat healthy!. i dont do weights bc i know it doesnt let you grow right!. all i do is take step classes dancing classes and kickboxing classes at the gym!. for about an hour!. I NEED HELP WITH MY LOWER ABS!. lol i rlly do!. how do i get them to endurance!.!. my WHOLE ABS!. if you would please tell me a workout for it!. also how to get more energy!. lately i've been feeling pretty down and have no energy I WANT MY ENGERY BACK plx help me :) :):) thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are on the go an awful lot, you may be overloading!. You say you are eating right, but are you eating enough!? Small amounts of carbohydrates will give you energy as will protein shakes (make with orange juice, yougurt and fruit)!.
To work your abs, try either an exercise ball or even a large rubber ball!. Sit on it, not quite in the middle, keeping your knees bent, fold your arms in front of you, holding your stomach muscles tight lean back and hold it for say, 5-10 seconds, go back up and do it again!. Change your position on the ball so that you use different muscle groups!. This will put no pressure on your lower back nor on your neck!. How you sit on the ball will determine which muscle group you will use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
