Not bad, keep working at it!. Remember to not lust after ojne exercise, you should increase your over all athletic ability and explosiveness!. Not many athletic endeavors involve lying there and pressing a calibrated bar over head with a maximum weight, powerlifting is the only one I can think of that actually requires this movement!. U=YTou must ask yourself what it is you wnat form your workout, if you wnat a bigger chest than bench dip and incline press!. Clap pushups are good too!. Make sure your putting max effort by exploding to a reaised paltform like a satck of books or cinder blocks or els e tryto get more claps!. This way you know you arwe working hard and using max efforts!. If you can explode up to three cinder blovcks satcked you've got inscane explosive strength in your chest!. I can't tell if it is weak because what matters when benching is how are your gains!. I suggest you try benching 175/185 for a week then gradually increase by a a pound per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
