Question: What are some good ways to stop myself from craving so much sugars and fat foods!?
i have been trying to look for ways to be skinnier!.!.!.i mean i am the average weight and everything, but i don't really like the way i look!! i just want to be skinny!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do what I do: eat with my eyes!. It sounds strange, but for me if I simply see the food, it satisfies my cravings!. Also thinking of what it will do to your body if you eat it, that usually stops any craving I have!. Good Luck dearie!Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, if possible, banish all sugary and fatty foods from your house!. take a multivitamin everyday, stock up on healthy alternatives like, fruit, sugar free jello, fat free yogurt, fat free frozen yogurt, ect!. then sit down and make a healthy eating plan, and always make sure you get a serving of whole grains, lowfat/nonfat dairy and fruits and or veggies at every meal!. have fruit, yogurt, unsalted nuts, ect for snacks in between meals, also drink alot of water, especially if you have already eaten your meal and healthy snack and still feel hungry!. chew sugar free gum also, it may be hard at first but once you get into a routine of doing this, it will come natural and you will no longer crave the bad foods, since your body will be filled up and nourished by good foods!. also add 30 minutes of cardio exercise everyday!. this is not a diet its a lifestyle change, once yuo get used to it , you will see that its easy to follow and will become routine!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating more fruits and naturally sweet fiber cereals!. Also if you crave a certain food(or you know you will later on), don't have the food in the house!.
If you do start to crave something than distract yourself, like cleaning, reading, exercising!.!.!.etc!. Keep yourself busy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a crapload of water whenever you start thinking of it!. And don't stand around those foods and think of what they'll do to you in the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

by eating more nuts, protein foods!.!.!. if u fill up on protein!.!. u will not be eating as much junk!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
