I really need to lose weight?!


Question: I really need to lose weight!?
im not one of those skinny 5footsix 125 pound teen girls that calls her self fat just for attention!.im actually really over weight!.im 13 years old,5foot1 and 156 pounds[whoa baby]!.i wanna lose 26 pounds to be satisfied with my body!.i have exactly 13 weeks starting next week before i move to florida[i wanna wear a bikini at the beaches],which is perfect because i read the its not healthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week,so if i lose exactly 2 pounds each week starting sunday i will lose 26 pounds^_^but i don't know how to lose the weight:[what is a great,healthy way to lose 2 pounds a week!?[that doesn't cost money lol]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ignore what jello j said!. Saying that you need to lose 46 pounds to look "normal" was extremely ignorant!. Normal is a relative term!.

Assuming that you have an average amount of muscle mass and a normal skeletal structure, at 5'1", a healthy weight range is between 95 and 130, so your goal (for the 13 weeks) is reasonable!.

When it comes to exercise, cardio is excellent!. You don't have to just run all the time, running isn't for everyone!. If you can handle it, great, challenge yourself and set goals, like trying to complete a mile in a certain amount of time!. Bike riding is also a great activity, as well as swimming!. Get creative and have fun!

You might want to try some body-weight exercises, as well!. Three days out of the week (not consecutive, try Monday, Wednesday, Friday) you could try things like crunches, push-ups (the "girly" ones are fine), body-weight squats, lunges, etc!.

As for food!.!.!. well, I would personally avoid anything dairy!. You may not be willing to do this, but it would really help!. Besides that point, you should be eating less but more often!. Instead of three big meals, try five smaller ones!. The meals earlier in the day should be larger and the meals later should be quite small!. I know this will probably be hard to do since you're depending on your parent(s) for meals, so if you don't think you can, just try to make healthier choices!.

Once you've moved to Florida, be sure to continue your exercise routines, whether or not you've reached your goal!. 115 should be a good weight for you, and your current goal of 130 is a good starting point!.

"jello j" is very rUDE!. im sure if you eat a fiber cereal (whole grain) like fiber one and then run around the block one time after school, then eat salad with a spritzer dressing (1 cal per spray) and a 30 cal lunch meat package (10 g of protein, cant beat it) and for dinner eat meat (like chicken, and no more than one breast or thigh or 2 legs) and then some lettece with spritzer, you can lose the weight and be SEXY SMOKIN (okay well im a girl, but still) for the beach!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate to be the one to break it to you, honey but, even if you lost 26lbs, you'd still be overweight!. A healthy weight range for someone your age (adolescent BMI is calculated using a slightly different formula than the one used for adults) is between 37 and 44 kilos (81 and 116lbs or between a BMI of 16 and 22)!.

Bear in mind that, at your age, you're still developing - have you begun your periods yet!?

You sound like a very well educated and intelligent girl, so go about it sensibly!. I would seek advice from an adolescent dietician/nutritionist and/or your GP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i loss some weight just my having heath shakes put berry low fat yogurt bananas low fat milk wheat germ and other fruits toss it the blender
that will help you be more active if laying around to much, have tea with little honey that get me going ,my pants fall off with belt on

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.
