Gaining muscle? Getting a 6-pack?
Well for the past 2 years I've been eating nothing but junk food.Pizza,hambugers, hotdogs..at least 5 days a week (school food) now im going to be and sophmore and i have no muscles what so ever. And im not what you call "fat" or "obese" or anything. I just have a semi-round belly, when i move my arms the fat jiggles, so does my thighs.I just wanted to know some why how i can get a maybe a 6-pack..and muscles that a highschooler should have.The only problem is im baby sitting my my nephew 7-days a week from 8am-10pm and my 10 im all worn out .Also im not suppose to leave the house,but i can go to the park.So durring the 2 hours he watches tv..and the 3 hours he naps.What exercises should i do to get muscles and a six pack before school starts in two months.
*Side Notes*
I havent worked out/jogged in 2 years.
I dont have any weights at my houses
I can probaly only lift 80 pounds with all my might
