Answers:
people who crave ice are often anemic!.!.!. you can try adding some iron in her diet and see if the cravings stop!.!.!.

best to get her checked by a doctor either wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

She needs a blood test for anemia!. Eating ice is a symptom of anemia!. It's called Pica!. One odd symptom, and in some cases a cause of iron deficiency is pica!. This is the habit of eating unusual substances, such as ice, clay, cardboard, foods that crunch, or raw starch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not bad for you but i know that eating ice or drinking a lot of water can sometimes be related to eating problems!. make sure she is not on like some "fad" diet where she is replacing food with ice but if she is still eating normally and just has ice for enjoyment then there is nothing wrong with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure you control she is eating, this is how a lot of young girls get the feeling of "having eaten" or " being full" if they are inarexic!.!. crushed ice is just water when you think of it, however it might be bad on your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It isn't that it is necessarily unhealthy!. When an individual eats a lot of ice, it typically means that they need more iron in their diet!.

Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is actually good for her becuase she gets water that way!. she is actually getting the amount of water you are supposed to by doing this!. so dont stop her!. if she likes it, let her do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a sign of iron deficiency or dehydration!. Make sure she gets lots of nice greens and water!.
Also not good for teeth!.
But in the greater scheme of things not that bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be careful, the craving for ice could be a sign of anemia!. Some girls who have heavy flows during their periods sometimes tend to get anemic so make sure she is taking an iron supplement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could damage her enamel over time, but otherwise it is just an annoying habit - but better than the sugary snacks some kids have after school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may not be good for her teeth, you know, biting into hard ice, but other than that, it's healthy!. She's getting water into her body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ice is just water, so its just like drinking a lot of water!. This is actually really good for you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would think that its not to healthy for her teeth otherwise its just frozen water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is unhealthy for her teeth!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
