What are the best exercises for toning thighs and calves?!


Question: What are the best exercises for toning thighs and calves!?
Mostly calves and the back and side of my thighs, I'm looking to tone them up!. I know running is one of them, but im not too good at it so i was wondering if there was anything else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walk 7 miles to get groceries and push a cart that weighs 50 to 100 lbs up and down hills!. It works your gluts too!.

Ok you don't have to do what I do but walking works the same muscles that running does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
