Congratulations on your ambition, but go slow!. Your diet plan is very strong, it is even stronger then Mayo Clinic plan!.

If you follow Mayo Clinic diet you can loose 10 pounds per week, it is a two weeks diet plan and is not recommanded for more then 4 weeks!.

But you will put on about 15 pounds in next 3 weeks, I had this happen to me!.

You must count calories and at least in initial stages write down what you are going to eat and when then stay on that list!. Your total calories for the week must not exceed, 1500 x 7 = 10,500 calories this will give you leave way to indulge at special occasions like wedding and parties, but you must write down what you eat and account for the calories latter and adjust the total intake next week!.

If you are not too old, then best way to reduce your weight is to increase your height!.

Vegetarians have a big advantage, in loosing weight, it cost less and they can satisfy the hunger more easily, some vegetables have only 1 calorie per pound, so they can fill themselves up with it before enjoying each meal, and never go hungry!.

Most people should take one a day water soluble multi-vitamins when on this program; they can be purchased at the pharmacy near you!.

According to this calculation if you find your self say only 10 pounds more, you may not be over weight!. Remember every one is slightly different and you can just watch it, on your own and not let it get out of hand!.

i was recently in this situation myself!. i wanted to loose 30 lbs!. but i actually ended up loosing 40 lbs!. and it caused me heart rate to go way down and right now i am in the hospital!. I only ate two meals a day, a 60 calorie yogurt in the morning and a salad for dinner!. I only lost 2 lbs!. a week, which is fairly healthy!. I'm guessing it will probably take you about 6 weeks, without exercise!. even thought i know you really don't want to exercise, but you still want to lose weight, this is probably not going to end up well!. six weeks is long enough to develop a severely low heart rate, which would force your doctors to put you in the hospital!. Don't make the same mistakes as me!. if loosing 12 lbs!. is healthy for you then i urge you to try running or biking, not just eating eggs!. plus eggs are disgusting! and being in the hospital sucks, they force you to gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Um longer than if you ate healthy and ate a proper amount!. You slow down what you eat to a minimum like that and don't give your body nutrients, your body goes into panic mode and says "Uh-oh! Less food! I'm gunna die! Must!.!.!.save!.!.!.!.fat!.!.!.stores!" So it does!. And those eggs you eat will go right to your thighs!. So, having said that!. If you want to lose those 12 pounds, fast!. You want to eat a balanced diet of 4 to 6 small meals a day (eating actually boosts your metabolism for short periods of time so by eating a small meal several times a day, that boost of metabolism will actually help you loose weight!.) Also, if you want something fattening or sugary eat it in the morning so you have the rest of the day to burn it off (but try to stay away from the really fattening stuff like cake, ice cream, candy, and cheese made with whole milk!. You body NEEDS fat but stay away from trans fat and saturated fat!.!.!.and things with disgusting amounts of fat like cheese made with whole milk, most things you consider dessert, and peanut butter!. Your new dessert is yougurt)!. And drink plenty of water!. Did you know cold water burns calories!? The body has to burn calories to heat the water up as it digests and since there is nothing in it, it will burn calories instead of gain them!. And newsflash!.!.!.!.this just in!.!.!.what!? Exercise works!?! All you need is to go out and walk a bit!. Depending on how heavy you are already, just by walking you can lose those pounds in a month!. If not, you may want to run!. That's not a healthy diet, but I would guess 4 weeks!. A healthy amount of weight to lose in a week would be 1-3lbs!. You need to drink plenty of water, get in your protein, veggies, fruit, dairy, and starch!. Eggs are good protein!. Eat light wheat toast with your eggs to get the starch!. Munch on some carrots or other veggies you like and fruit throughout your day!. It doesn't have to be a lot, but it would a healthier way to lose the weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is a bad way to loose weight!. if you cut out sugar, bread, fat, and eat lots of protien you probably could 12 in about 3 weeks!.!.!.!.!.but that would be pushing it!. You need to drink alot of water tho!. Eggs, I think were included in the Atkins diet that I did 3 years ago!.!. I ate an egg, maybe some sandwich meat slices and cheese!.!. I lost about 40 pounds in a month and a half!.!.
