Question: How to get a cheerleaders body!?
hey! i really wanna lose weight and get a cheerleaders body!. like the cheerleaders from bring it on! haha!. what are some exercises that i can do!. and any like diet tips also! thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio! Running, jogging, elliptical! It burns fat like crazy and tones your body! Also do lots of lunges to tone your butt and the backs of your thighs!. You will look lean and toned in no time! 1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

Well think about what cheerleaders do!. they are doing a lot of dancing and jumping!. Just do what they do, maybe a little less extreme though!. They are always up and moving keep that in mind!. They also eat really well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start cheerleading! eat a well balanced diet, 40% protein, 35-40% carbs and 20-25% fat!. Also, drink a lot of water!.

well instead of drinking soda drink water instead of chips eat an apple and no candy
i kick box and are diet is
-no slat
-only white meat
-lots of water
-small portion of white rice
-nuts and fruit (little)

Eat 1200-1500 calories a day!. Run a lot and do a lot of sit ups, crunches and lunges!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are actuly alot of answers to this question, first i would cut back on eating to only 3 meals a day,
-*breakfast [gets your matabulisum going for the day!!]*
-lunch
-dinner
***remember that starvation does absolutly NOTHING it actuly makes you fatter, by slowing down your matabulisum!. matabulisum is a collection of chemical reactions that takes place in the body's cells!. Metabolism converts the fuel in the food we eat into the energy needed to power everything we do, from moving to thinking to growing!. Specific proteins in the body control the chemical reactions of metabolism, and each chemical reaction is coordinated with other body functions!. In fact, thousands of metabolic reactions happen at the same time - all regulated by the body - to keep our cells healthy and working!. the faster it is the faster you can loose weight the slower it is the body stores the fat for later use because it thinks you starveing!.**
