Why am I not able to Excercise?!

Question: Why am I not able to Excercise!?
Hi, I;m 80 kg and 5'8!. I have my whole excercise plan set out and I don't eat junkfood, just plain healthy food!. I decided to excercise first off for 30 days and see if I get results so I see that I'm on the right track: mon-thurs I will do 15 minutes jogging, 20 minutes cycling, 10minutes strength training, 10 minutes doing weights, 5 minutes stretching and 5 minutes stair climbing!. fri-sat I will do 30 minutes pilates, 10 minutes cycling, 10 minutes strength training and 10 minutes weights
Sunday off!. Now my 30 day thing has just gone into 2 days and everytime when I come home I feel really tired and not bothered, I try and try to push myself to excercise but when I get home I just give up and sit down and feel guilty!. What is happening!? I go to bed at 10:30 pm and wake up at 6:25 am!.
Should I be waking up much earlier and do excercise in the morning!? Why am I so tired!. I want to lose weight and lose 10kg!. I'm really determined but I'm really tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Janilyn, it's great that you're willing to set yourself such a vigorous exercise plan!. But first consider the stress your body is probably under right now, from doing nothing to all of this exercise!. You should always give yourself a day of rest in between exercise for your body to recover and so you gain fitness levels!. You're rushing yourself into the program too quickly! Slowly ease yourself into it, allowing your body to adjust to the stress you're putting it under!. You're probably overworking yourself right now, and your muscles are fatigued which is causing all the exhaustion and can't-be-bothered syndrome!. Every time you exercise increase a fitness principle, eg!. intensity, duration or frequency but not all of them at once!!! If you rush yourself into it, your body won't thank you for it and you may in fact lose fitness levels due to overworking yourself!. Take it easy!. Exercise's not a chore it's a challenge (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

30 days is not enough time, keep going, usually it's 3 months and then the weight will peel off easier!.

If you are only two days into this, you are giving up too soon!. I think you started out with way too much!. Only do one or two things on your list or you'll burn yourself out!. You are tired because you started this program that is too advanced for just beginning a work out routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your routine is hard core! it's awesome i wish i had that will power!. but ya you really should work up to where you are at!. start out slowly!. and usually people dont see results for about a month or even more!. what i would really recommend (it's what i do) is to do the excersise in the eveneing right before bed!. then you are just beat and you fall into bed!. this way you will get a better nights sleep and wake up refreshed!. also make sure to drown yourself with water!. it definately keeps you going during workouts! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i m not 80kg!. but even i made long stretched plans atleast about 10 times and I NEVER FOLLOWED IT!. NEVER!. i used to think - who cares!? now i swim a lot - well, 2 hours every day and continuos training at the competitive level!. so, i think u should join some exercise club and go everyday!. b'coz even if u dont wanna go, u will have to go and exercise!. i think that is the best way!. but if u dont wanna do that, just FOLLOW your plan SINCERELY!.
hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lack of exercise makes you more tired!. Look it up and I promise it is true! Kudos on working out that much but, I assure you that you only need to work out 5 days a week for 30 minutes or 3 days a week for about 45 minutes according to the Heart Association!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should take 2 days off, lets say Sunday and Wednesday since 80 kg is quite heavy and you shoudnt exercise too much!.!.!.drink lots of herbal tea to perk up your energy levels!.!.!.you may drink 200ml of lowfat milk before you begin working out!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure your over doing it!. Try toning down a bit how much you work out!. Don't be obsessive about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

quite a few things going on here!.!.

A little bit of chemistry/physics for you!. If every single person on Earth jumps, every person will fall back down!. Why!? Gravity!. Nobody is immune to the LAW of gravity!.

Just as Gravity always applies, so do the law of conservation of energy, and the first law of thermodynamics!.

very simply, these tell us that we can't create/destroy energy!.

1 Calorie is 1 unit of energy (much like distance in Inches/centimeters, or temperature in degrees)!.

So, if we consume more energy than we expend, we gain bodyfat!. If we spend mor energy than we consume, we lose it!.

1 pound (0!.5 kg) of bodyfat is made of roughly 3500 calories of stored energy!.!.!. meaning we have to be DEFICIENT 3500 calories to lose 1lb!. It actually isn't WHAT we eat, but how much of it!. You can get lean eating fast food, and you can gain bodyfat eating chicken, veggies, and rice!.!.!. it's all a question of numbers!. There are a few really good (free) programs online to help you track your calorie intake!. It's sort of like balancing a checkbook!.!. you have to know if you're deficient in order to lose bodyfat!.

If you were 500 calories deficient, you'd lose roughly 1lb(0!.5kg) per week (500 x 7 = 3500), So your food intake is going to make the majority of your success!.!.!. but the training helps!

If you're JUST starting (as it says you're 2 days in!?) then you're going to be a bit tired at first, your body is *NOT* used to the stress it's under!.

As for routine you've got!.!. it seems like you're trying to fit a variety in, but not actually focused on any particular goal!.!. as you're doing 15 minutes of something, 10 minutes elsewhere, etc!.!. You're likely to get more Benefit say!.!. putting an hour into a good hard weightlifting session, or getting a 30 minute brisk run/cycling session in!.

You don't have to train first thing in the AM!.!. but find a time where you can commit and regularly train! The body doesn't carry a wristwatch that gives you a special bonus for training first thing in the AM (nor does it have a way of penalizing you for eating after a certain hour), we're subject to overall averages!.!. if our average output is higher than our average intake, we lose bodyfat!.

Journal your food intake to see how much you're taking in, be consistent in your training, and it'll happen for you!.

Remember that it takes PRESSURE and TIME to turn a lump of coal into a diamond!Www@Answer-Health@Com
