I am 15 and i have double chin i want to lose it in 2 days now how do i lose it?

and i also want to lose weigth i mean 20 kg in 3weeks because i weigh 100 kg

Well, 1st get off your ****! At 15 I only weighed 115 LBS and at 38 I only weigh 119LBS and I went home from hospital after having baby in my pre-pregnancy clothes!!! But: I rode my bike 5 to 10 miles a day, I walked 4 miles on the beach per day, I swam for 1 to 2 hours a day, I danced every Saturday night for hours at the teen club!!! I didnt eat all the time! Breakfast, lunch, dinner. That was it. One helping also!
I ate meat, veggies, fruit, and (cereal for brkfst).
You have to: MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, AND CUT OUT THE OVER-EATING!!! eVERYTIME YOU THINK OF EATING -- GO FOR A BIKE RIDE OR SWIM OR DANCE!!! But you cant do it over-night! It took time to put on and it'll take time to take off!!! But at your age it'll come off easily !!! If you dont learn to move and eat right now, you will have a LIFETIME OF ILLNESS and an early death !!! Decide what's more important: eatting out of boredom or getting out in the world and finding things to get involved in to keep from being bored and in turn making yourself beautiful and happy!!!
