What is a good diet routine that has worked?
Im 16 and am 5 foot and 8 inches, at 58Kg but i still want to loose some weight probably 50Kg. What is a good diet that has worked quickly?

having only 8 kgs to lose, I wouldnt waste money with a gym or weight watchers, I would just see whats in your diet that you could change... drop the marg and butter from sandwiches, cook with water instead of oils and fats, switch to holegrain bread, drink lots of water instead of hot drinks, trim milk, dont eat after 7 pm, walk the stairs instead of the elevator, park a block away from the gym, pack a lunch for work instead of the cafe ...... little things go a long way.
