Im obese please save me!?

I am 17 years old. I weight almost 300 pounds. I know I am obese. Ive been trying to loose weight. I cut my portions in half. Ive been getting out alot since it is summer, and all. I take multi-vitamins. My family cannt afford an expensive gym membership or anything. I need some ideas on how I can loose weight. I just dont wanna be 25 years old...and stuck to my bed cause im so fat....You all have seen those people! Please help that not be me!

I have been there, and its not easy.
Food is yummy, I still love my food, but the key is to exercise more than you eat.

I would start of getting out of the house and doing a walk, just walk 15 minutes at first, then turn around and walk home again, then gradually make the walking longer, so you walk 30 mins and walk home again. can you walk to school and back everday? if you are 20 mins away from school then walking there and back everyday is 80 minutes which really adds up over a week, Id buy a pedomiter and see how many steps you take a week and aim for a bit more each week.

Start off small. I read about a woman who was really big, (over 400 lbs) and she was too scared to walk out in public, so she started off walking around her clothes line, she just walked in circles reading a book and got to the point where she started walking around her back yard, by then shed already lost enough to start feeling better about her self so she went around her block, then around 2 blocks, then before she knew it she was walking a for hours and the weight fell off.

I know its hard, but it can be done. Dont aim for ridiculous unrealistic "biggest loser" style weight... go for about 1 kg a week and do it gradually... it will stay off better and wont seem like a "diet"

I lost over 100 lbs with weight watchers a few years ago, I did gain some back with my last pregnancy but now Im working it off again and its really hard to get motivated. but you can do it!!
