Life style change.. Yogurt?!


Question: Life style change!.!. Yogurt!?
I only eat three meals, and so I was thinking for breakfast and lunch I only eat one light yogurt for each!? Will I lose weight!? I am 5'3 and 110 and I think I could def!. stand to lose ten pounds!. I have places that could lose some weight!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u probably will !.!.!. yogurt is good for digestion to and yeast infections!

Things are not as easy as that, you need to be able to receive all the nutrition the body requires, protein, vitamins and minerals (just be short on calories to make the body burn its fats to cover for them) and I don't think that replacing two meals with light yogurt is a good idea!. Of course it also depends on what the other meal is like!.

You should consume about 1400 calories per day and exercise even if that will be just walking for an hour in total per day at the pace of a parade!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you're doing is starving your body of nutrients!. Your body will hold on to every ounce of food you put in your mouth if you don't feed yourself nutrient packed fresh food!. Your weight sounds fine!. But just yogurt!? That's a good snack!. Try eating six small meals!. Include protein and fiber in every meal and drink fat free hormone free milk and at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day!. You need to feed yourself to lose anything and you'll be surprised at how much better you'll feel! Try some cardio, walking, jogging, swimming, biking!. Or turn up the music and dance for an hour! Those are all good cardio, 30 to 60 minutes everyday!. Cardio will burn excess calories!. Excess meaning more than your body needs to survive!. Do some basic weight training!. Cardio and toning, weight training, will make your body look and feel better quickly!. You'll notice a difference in 3 to 6 weeks! It's a lifestyle! Enjoy! YOU On A Diet will teach you about food and how your body uses it!. Try to eat fresh, organic foods!. If you feed your body what it needs, nutrient packed foods, you will feel so good that you'll want to do more for yourself!. It will take some effort but you're worth it!
