Why is it more effective to work out in the morning than in the afternoon?!


Question: Why is it more effective to work out in the morning than in the afternoon!?
I was thinking of doing my weightlifting and crunches first thing in the morning, and cardio in the afternoon!. I heard that it's better to work out in the morning, for fat loss, but I don't really understand why!
Also, what's something I can eat that will curb my hunger for after this morning workout, but not put all of the calories back into my body!? Thanks (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

The effectiveness from morning workouts come from the fact that if you work out once you wake up and have nothing in your stomach, you upstart your metabolism for that day and burn off any encess calories from the day before!. This boost in metabolism from working out keeps your body moving, in terms of burning off energy!. Great for fat burning!.
Something you can eat that will curb your hunger for after the morning workout can be a half bagel and lots of water!. The important thing you wanna remeber is that the food you intake within 15 minutes post-workout will increse your healing time (for muscles) and is important for keeping your energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
