i need to get some six pak abs fast! i can see a little bit of tone when i flex in fornt of the mirror!.!.!. but thats not good enough!.!. im 13 ( please dont write that im to young to do exercises) and i need to get some more toning in my abs by saturday!!.!.!.!.so 5 days!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.plz be specific in the schedules i should follow!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will work if you do it properly!. This workout gives results pretty fast!. You'll see results within 5 days!.

Your abs will prolly hurt bad but thats ok!. If you can feel them, then they are working!. Stay away from alot of fats until saturday!. Eat a good amount of protein and drink lots of water!. stomache exercise=Lie on the floor, legs straight out, hands at your sides!. Lift your legs straight up (not bending your knees at all) until they're at a 90 degree angle (or close)!. Lower your legs and repeat without letting your legs touch the floor!. For more challenge there is equipment at most gyms that will allow you to raise yourself up using your arms as support and dangle your legs!. You can perform leg lifts there too!. If you're using this piece of equipment, you can make it easier by just raising your knees to your chest!. It's more difficult to raise your legs to a horizontal position with your legs straight!. This helps firm up the lower abdomen!. If you're truly a monster, try doing leg lifts with a medicine ball hanging from your feet!. Or hang from a pull up bar and raise your legs in front of you all the way up to the bar!.

you cannnot get abs 2 show in less then a week!. it will take months!. you need to have a bf of 10% or lower for abs to show all the time!. cardio and eating healthy lowers bf!. crunches and situps build the ab mucle, but do not help show it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
