I love hula hooping- keeps you fit- was good at is as a kid and still love it. Do 500 hoops a day. I bought mine from a kids toy shop- small ones no good even for kids- no good for my 9 yr old nephew. Mine measures 37 inches across- 28 inch one no good- can't get the right motion. I'm uk size 10- fine for me and my nephew age 9. No idea about weight- mines quite light.
