Hey, ive been doing the P90x for 3 weeks now, its been great, just one question.!


Question: Hey, ive been doing the P90x for 3 weeks now, its been great, just one question!.!.!.!.!.!?
I cant seem to get through all the Yoga!. It is very dull for me and i grow bored very quick!. I do about 45 minutes of it and then i can't seem to get the motivation to do more!.!.!. this is my weak spot!.!.!.!. will this effect my results greatly and what can i do to make it better!? Any suggestion will help

I know the feeling and I've been through yoga three times now!. It does seem quite boring, but the pure strength and muscle stretching from this workout is what is going to take us to the next level in flexibility and athleticism!. Stick with it bro!. I completely agree with the first answer!. However I will say that even though I get bored of it right when it starts, I push myself to get to atleast the balance positions!. I love it though, because I feel so good after!. I even wake up early in the morning to do it, because it is so quiet!.

45 mins is fine!. Just keep doing it, look for yoga classes, might be a way to change it up once in a while!. Also, you can always switch in core synergistics once in a while too!. Just don't do it every time!.
