Answers:
It can be bad if you go beyond where your neck wants to go!. If you do it, and it causes pain, then stop!. Having a good range of motion for your neck is good for it!. A chiropractor or doctor could look at your neck and see if your contortionist moves are doing damage!. Remember overexerting/overusing can hurt you, but responsible stretching can be awesome!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its exceptionally good for your neck, you should stretch your neck daily to keep up its range of motion and to increase it if possible!. There are a lot of adults who are unable to bend their necks, move their head from side to side, and taking your neck through ranges of motion will for the large part prevent this from ever occuring for you!.

Its only bad for your neck if you are injuring, jarring it, or going beyond current limitations (when you do this you are likely to strain a muscle, but as a good contortionist you shouldn't be straining your muscles to begin with)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
