one cup total wholegrain cereal with 1/2 cup milk
one twocup can of vegetable soup
one large apple
jello
one medium tomato
one small onion
one large carrot
1/4 med cucumber
2 cups spinach/lettuce greens
3 oz chicken
1/8cup of shredded cheddar
3-4 katamala olives
2 tbsp cranberry walnut dressing
popsicle
plus plenty of fluids

Yes, this is quite healthy. Depending on how pedantic you want to be, it can be improved.
All commercial cereals are exposed to high temp and most often high pressure. This denatures the grains completely and they often have sugar added.
Rolled oats (porridge) is a better option.
Canned soups will often have MSG and other additives which should be avoided. Although it takes a bit of work, homemade soup is infinitely better, nutritionally and taste wise.
Jello will have sugar
The dressing may have sugar, rancid vegetable oils and MSG. again you can make your own and know exactly what you eat.
The Popsicle will have loads of sugar
This may sound picky, but as I said, it depends on how pedantic you want to be. The things to avoid, or at least reduce are sugar, food additives/preservatives and oxidised (rancid) foods, that is those exposed to high temps and pressures in the processing.
