My legs are literally too strong. i cant get em a good workout anymore?!


Question: My legs are literally too strong!. i cant get em a good workout anymore!?
i can squat 540, but anymore and it just KILLS my shoulders, and on the calf raises i can raise the whole stack with 4 45lbs on it!. i cant really get a good muscular workout on them, its more like cardio, lol!. ive tried the one leg thing but it sets me off balance cuz im bow-legged!. im 5'11 and wiegh 140!. im 16!.
i know i dont need to be any stronger, but i just miss the feeling of a good muscle work-out!. im trying to do shoulder and chest exercises, but its not helping much!. i mean i can shrugg with two 65 dunbells and can curl 45's!. any tips to get the good muscle workout!? i really dont need any cardio, i get enough in karate and boxing!. im sooo close to touching the top of a back-board at my house lol!. but ever scince my shoulders cant bare the weight, i havent been gaining any height!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

540 squat at the age of 16!?! Uh, yeah okay!. Well, if that is the truth, and you are not doing "hollywood squats" or you are not on steroids and HGH then you ought to start doing lunges with dumbbells or stepups with dumbbells!. You could even use an olympic bar, that is if you have not bent them all in half!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's a very good problem to be too strong lol!. if your only 16 and squatting 540 lbs!. however u aren't doing them correctly!. u want to squat down all the way to just a little bit past your knees!. if you are doing this already then shock ur body!. i'd drop ur squat down to like 135 lbs!. or something and do rythmic jump squats and maybe some plyometrics/agility training!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
