Question:

Question about loosing weight and building muscle...?

ok now some people say that if you are loosing weight or trying to you shouldnt do weight training with it as it makes your your meat hard and it will be 5 times harder to burn of.

Then some say that it will burn your fat really fast with diet and exercise.

give me your honest opinion please.

Muscles are more important than just losing fat! Yes, muscles weigh more, but are tinier and harder than fat. Muscles burn fat in the long run of things and therefore you can and must eat more to sustain what the muscles need. If you are trying to lose weight than do BOTH..... cardio and weights,... you will have a much nicer and leaner body for doing both and achieve the rusults you want alot quicker.
