1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

The way I lose the most weight the fastest is when I stick to a strict calorie limit of 1300 calories per day and do cardio (jogging, elliptical, running, etc!.) 5 times a week and do Pilates (I do Denise Austen's Pilates for Every Body video) 5 times a week also!. The pounds melted off and my butt thighs stomach and arms got so toned and streamlined!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is all about what you eat!. Excersice is a great benefit!. But what will make you loose that weight snd inches is by working out wit weights!. 4 set and about 15-20reps!. No kidding!. I have worked out for years and have had 2 kids!.

Drink lots of water!. and eat healthy!. Do not skip meals and look at your ingrediants!. read up on this, educate yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Starving myself, which is not healthy and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!.!.but You asked, and that is Honestly the way I have lost weight in the past!.

But I suggest, watching what U eat, of course!.!.!.Drink alot of water so You won't be as hungry, plus water is good for you anyway but it makes you feel full!.!.!.which will cause you to eat less!.!.!.!.!.eat 3 small meals a day, stay away from the junk food!.Walk as much as you can to get your heart pumpingWww@Answer-Health@Com
