Question: Have people here been telling you to eat 5-6 small meals a day!?
I had no luck with it at all - I couldn't keep the meals small, I ended up with 5 or 6 largish meals a day!. Eventually swapped to 3 meals a day limiting snacks to just fruit or vegies, drank loads of water, exercised - lost 25lbs in 4 months!. Easy! Find me a single personal trainer who's able to do it (hell, most of us get stuck working on our lunch breaks)

The other problem !.!. 6 meals a day works great, if I'm a guy, and I'm allotted 2400 cals a day due to my size/activity level/goal!.!. that's 400 cals a meal!.!.!.

If you're a woman, and your size/activity level/goal only get you about 1300 cals/day!.!. that's not even 250 cals/meal!!

I think everyone should follow their body's natural patterns!. For a lot of people eating several small meals does help them lose weight because they don't ever feel extremely hungry, which can lead to overeating!. I think people recommend this because people often think that to lose weight, you should eat less!. Eating several times a day gives people the mental relief of being able to eat all day long!. However, there are others who can't stop eating once they start, so fewer meals is a little better!.

I think people should experiment, as you have, with different meal plans to find one that works with their natural chemistry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I eat 5-6 meals a day and have since i was a senior in high school!. I am the correct weight!. It does work as long as you stick with it!. once you get use to it then it so much easier!. You do it without even knowing it and your never hungry and stay fully awake all day!. i love it!. would not change it for the world!. But i am glad you found somthing that worked for you!.
