i don't know anything about it!!!
i bought a bottle full of it and not sure what it does?
it tells me too drink it everyday but i only workout 3X per week so i think that's too much?

It depends on what your going for. If you really want to pack on the bulk. You should take it everyday. But, if you just want the immediate benefits. Take it immediately after you hit the gym. No longer than 30 minutes after your done. Good luck.
