Question: How do I Gain Weight Healthily!? Should I At 71 pounds at 13!?
So I am 13, weigh 71 pounds, am 5'4 ish and its summer-Bikini season!. The thing is that Im too skinny bc my rib sticks out a ton, like one inch out!. And when I wear a bikini or a "fitting" shirt they are soooo noticeable!. Do you think If I gain some weight, it will cover my rib cage!? Sorry this is a weird question, but if so how much and how!? Is it healthy to gain more weight when I weigh 71 pounds!? Thanks, I'm 13 also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
