Workout as much as you can and eat plenty of fresh veggies,fruit with some lean meats such as turkey and chicken,also some fish!.try and cut out all processed food and drink plenty of water!.
I also find writing everything down that I eat in a day helps me see exactly what I am eating,it sort of keeps me on track!.

Unless you are severely obese, forget about it! I know you don't want to hear this, but if you're suggesting doing something like this, then you're really not old enough to know better!. Losing 24 lbs in a month and a half is unrealistic and attempting it is extremely unhealthy!. There's no such thing as a quick fix in the real world, at least not that actually works and doesn't have lots of consequences!.
24 lbs by Labor Day is more realistic, but still not realistic!. Again, don't even attempt THAT unless you're morbidly obese!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do the 3day diet for 3 days every week!. google it!.
i did it for 3days in one week and lost 7 pounds
so id imagine if you do it for 3 days every week for 4 weeks you could lose up to 28pounds(probably abit less to be realistic)!. on the days off between the 3days though make sure u eat sensibly and not a whole lot bcus iv made that mistake and some of the weight has *** back on!. so basicly its possible if u really stick to it and b careful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont eat after seven!. thats when you gain most of the weight!. eat a good, healthy breakfast!. a medium lunch!. maybe a small snack!. and a small supper!. 6 meals a day also works really good!. drink plenty of water!. for one day you might want to just drink water to flush ur body!. but be careful!. u could get really sick!. and plenty of exercise!. but burn cal!. dont build muscle!. cause u wont lose weight!. muscle weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
