Good start plan on diet?!
Question: Good start plan on diet!?
I need to get into shape!? But when your dieting it just kills you and makes you weak to even cut out certain things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start by walking everymorning or whenever you schedule will permit you to deicate yourself!.
Don't over do it on exercise and food, b/c it's hard to wing yourself and just cutting the strings instantly is hard enough and you'll crash everytime!.
Start out walking ex!. 3 days a week (Or 2) and build yourself up to more days and longer walks!.
You need to cut out sugars, bad carbs (But of course you need some carbs) and breads, Carbination ect!. You'll drop a looooot of your water weight very fast!.
But of course do not stricten your diet to that starting off!.!.!.cut out something small here and there it takes time but when you look back you'll be proud and you'll see results fast!Www@Answer-Health@Com
