Question: Skinny legs but fat tummy-What are the best exercises to do for a really really tonned tummy!?
okay so in 6 weeks im off to Vanuwatu, and i have a problem!. i'm one of those naturally thin people, but not those supermodel types!. I have thin legs and arms, but big boobs and stomach!. What i want to know is what are some great excercises i can do to really tone my stomach in a short space of time, i dont care about my legs, just my stomach!. I'll do them everyday if i have to, i just want to get rid of this bloated belly and bring on the abs!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Abs are 70% diet, 30% exercise!. You need to lower your body fat percentage by eating a diet of only lean proteins, complex carbs, fruits, veg, good fats ONLY (and never go above your RDA), and water!.

Unless you commit to a healthy eating plan AND daily exercise then you will NOT see definition!.

There is no exercise to get rid of belly fat!. Your body choses where to pull fat from when it needs extra energy!. In your case, and in the case of many, your belly is the last place it takes it!. Running is great tool!. You could start for 2 weeks for 30 mins 3-4 times a week and then an hour 3-4 times a week!. If you are not a runner, it is best to work up to it!. In week 4 try doing a day of sprints!. Warm up for 15 mins, do 10 30 second sprints with a min inbetween then cool down running for another 15 mins!. Running is great all over exercise that really helps to burn calories!. If you can, it is great to get a heart rate monitor watch!. If you can, try to keep your heart rate between 140-160!. (given if you are early to late 20's, if older, it should be less!.!. just between 165% and 180%)Www@Answer-Health@Com
