Exercises?!

Exercises?

I dont think i am fat but i have this little giggle in my thys ,butt,and stomach! And i just wanted to know if there were any kinds of exercises i could do to firm them up. and my calfs are lose. i thought karate would tihghten them up but it has not what do you guys and girls do to keep firm legs, butts, stumachs, and calfs??


Answers:

you should take up pilates and start working out to tone out whatever it is that you're not happy with. also take up swimming! i swim practically everyday and my body is as toned out as....uhh i dont know the word for it lol!!
