Tummy Question, easy 10pts!!?!

Question: Tummy Question, easy 10pts!!!?
I'm a girl, and I've been working out every day to get the ideal flat tummy, right!? So I've been running for 30mins every single day since mid february and doing at least 300 crunches/situps every single day, if not more!. I've got a 6pack starting to show because of this, and though it's a heck of a lot better than flab, it's not what I was expecting because instead of toned and flat, my tummy sort of looks bigger still, and "bumpy" because of the slight-ish 6pack that's starting to show!.

if I were to have just a toned, not 6pack, tummy, would it not look as bumpy and would it look flatter!? Like, is the muscle making my tummy bulge even more than just a plain toned tummy would!?

keep in mind I don't eat junk food, I eat very healthfully, and I'm 5'2" and about 93/92lbs, so I'm not overweight or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
300 per day I'm impressed!. The main reason for what you seem to be saying is incorrect breathing technique!. When you crunch you should be breathing out as you crunch up pulling your stomach in to your spine chin on chest!. Then return down still pulling that belly in!. Then breath in at rest!. If you tend to hold your breath during a crunch you will get the 'barrel' abs happening!. Then you need only do 50!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start dropping some of the crunches and adding jumping jacks or continue with more running!. That will give you a better workout for keeping firm!.!.!.not 6 packish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

pilates will give you a more toned long/lean stomach as opposed to the bulkier abs that you get from the situps!. maybe you should try that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep the 6-pack they r sexyWww@Answer-Health@Com
