I am 15 years old, and i want to lose 15 pounds before August? HELP!?

I am not fat, I just have a little chubby waist and thighs. I just want to tone up lose 15 pounds before August?


Answers:

First way is to eat less. Have a bit of breakfast (milk, a piece of bread), and eat normally only at 3 to 4 pm. This way you will be full and skip one meal for the day. Here is my secret. Eat soup, or stew. Something that will get you to go to the bathroom a lot. If the food is out of your system, how can you gain weight?

Second way is to do a combination of strength workout (most) and running (least). Build on muscle will change the shape of your body. It helps you to look better and stronger. Running only help you burn fat, but does little in helping you loss the fatty skin.
