The perfect push up is great, I just have a few questions ?!

Question: The perfect push up is great, I just have a few questions !?
I got to try the ( US Navy Seal ) Perfect Push Up- As Seen on TV! at Modell's!.

It felt so good !.!.!. regular push ups, are uncomfortable!.

I thought I was the only person that experienced sore wrist, from doing regular push ups, but someone else on here mentioned the same thing!.

Something about the rotation made my push ups feel nice, and smooth!.

Why did that quick little workout feel easier than dumbbells, and all that bulky equiptment ( I'm 220lbs, but even light weights are uneasy ) !?

I can imagine it working the arms, chest, and shoulders like regular push ups, but the label also says it works the abs!.

Would I have to squeeze my abs while doing the push up, or something !?

My last question is, the only exercise you can do is coming straight down on it, like how the commercial shows you, right !?

I don't think multiple positions are possible with it, if there are please explain!.

Thanks !!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
1)You said that the pushup was easier than equipment, essentially you want to challenge your body!. the perfect pushup is alright in a way that it raises you off the ground a few inches adding to your range of motion, but free weights are better!. 2)It uses your abs because they have to be taught for your back to be straight!. 3) if you want to change positions, you would have to use a bench or something for incline/declineWww@Answer-Health@Com

Pushups work out the abs because you are maintaining a generally straight line!. This uses your core muscles like doing a plank exercise where you just maintain the pushup position for a few minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
