EXCEPT I can't stop eating at night!.!.!.I might eat 1000 calories or more after 5pm!. The scales have crept up a little this week!.!.!.not much, but I'm worried it's the beginning of me going back to where I was!.

So!.!.!.how do I make these life changes permanent and not "stray"!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I say when you feel hungry, eat!. But do it smart!. If it's 10pm and you feel hungry eat an apple, eat a banana, munch on some carrots!. People eat the wrong foods at night!. OR drink a full glass of water!. Water is good at filling the stomach and curbing the cravings or hunger feeling!. Congrats on your weight loss so far!. That's great! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a journal and log all the food you eat during the day, and you can then see the amount of calories & fat and this will show you how much of a snack you can have!.

Other things may be making you feel stressed at night, thus filling the void with food, munching late!.

You can also journal your feelings for the day and maybe not eat as much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat healthy food, cut out high frictose corn syrup, instead of eating stuff with high calories try getting some celery and some low cal soups, stuff that you can eat but that are very low in calories, water melon is very nice, grapes, berries, and the like make wonderful snacks!.!.!. if your changes are lifestyle changes you shouldn't have any problem keeping your weight down, and your weight changes may be related somewhat to your surrounding climate (my weight tends to increase when it is hot and humid cause my appetite goes up and my body tries to retain more)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
