If your serious about losing weight, then I would suggest finding a website that gives you all the information, as asking on here will only get you so far, but heres my two pence!.

In order to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you are consuming via cardio workout (running, biking, brisk walking) or resistance training (weights)!.

In to lose weight, you'll need to raise your metabolism by consuming 5-6 small meals a day, this way your body uses the food you ate as fuel, rather than store it as body fat!. What most people do is eat about 2 meals a day, excersise and think they'll lose weight!. But by doing that your body goes into starvation mode and stores everything as fat!.
SO, raise your metabolism by consuming 5 small meals each day, the biggest of the day being Breakfast!.

Now, the type of foods you should be eating!. You'll want to limit your carbohydrate intake, as if they aren't all burnt off, your body stores it as fat!. This includes things like bread, pasta, rice etc!. Sure you can still occasionally eat these things, but make sure they are consumed earlier in the day rather than later!. LOTS OF PROTEIN, things like chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, peanut butter etc!. After exercising, you need protein in order for your muscles to rebuild!. If you do not do this then all of your exercise will be in vain, as the body will take its energy from your muscle rather than the carbohydrate storage and fat storage!. 5 portions a day of fruit+veg, eat as much green vegetables as possible, as they are very good for your body and contain hardly and calories!.
COLD GLASSES OF WATER, 6 a day!.
Scientists have proven that drinking a glass of COLD water helps burn calories!. Try to aim for 6 glasses a day!.

NO FIZZY DRINKS, JUNK FOOD, CRISPS etc!. It will only halt your progress!.

Exercise at least 5 times a day for 45 minutes!. For weight loss I recommend - jogging - biking - rowing
It would be best for you to join a gym, in which the trainers will help you out and give you lots of useful advice!.

so, eat healthy, and EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a health freak and I'm obsessed with my weight so I know this stuff!.

Average calorie intake should generally be between 1700 and 2200 calories a day depending on your lifestyle!.
If you're really, meaning you work out daily!.!.!. it should be around 2300 calories
If you're pretty sedentary!.!.!.!. it's probably around 1700
If you're average!.!.!. meaning you do walk around sometimes and do housework and stuff!.!.!. it's probably 2000!.

There are some negative calorie foods that you can eat!. This means that you burn more calories digesting these foods than they actually have!. So, essentially, you get to eat and burn calories!.

Negative Calorie Veggies:
Asparagus
Beet Root
Broccoli
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Celery
Chicory
Hot Chili
Garden cress
Garlic
Green Beans
Onion
Radish
Spinach
Turnip
Zucchini

Negative Calorie Fruits:
Apple
Blueberries
Cranberry
Lemon/Lime
Orange
Papaya
Raspberry
Tomato
Tangerine
Turnip

One pound of fat is generally 3500 calories!.
So if you have a 3500 calorie deficit in your diet, you lose one pound!.

Let me know if you have any other questions girly!
Good luck!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok seriously you're making me feel bad I'm 15 and 5'4" and I weigh more than you (I'm not saying it on the internet - for one thing I don't even know my exact weight because I don't own a scale) but everyone says I'm really skinny so CHILL!.

If you want to be healthier though simply stop eating when you're full, don't keep going, also don't eat junk food!. And healthy food can be tasty, like smoothies I make them ALL the time and it's like healthy ice cream, I love it! You could also try celery, you burn more calories by chewing it than what you're taking in, haha!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating things witout salt & perservatives is a good start!.
Don't change your diet completly all at once!.
Gradually change your eating habits by introducing healthier foods!.

Such as

-Tuna (any kind of fish really, but tuna's very good for getting lean and developing muscles)!.
-Pomegranate, bluberrys, acai fruit
