I haven't worked out in about 2 months..?!


Question: I haven't worked out in about 2 months!.!.!?
And I wanna start again tonight, should I started walking everyday first to get used to it again!?
Or is it okay just to jump into doing cardio and intense workouts that I used to do!?

Well, as always, when you start cardio, start slow (you should always do this, to warm up)!. Increase your speed as you go along!. Go as fast and as far as feels comfortable!. That'll tell you for yourself!. Personally, because I also exercise in other ways, I can usually jump back into cardio at the same speed and distance as I before!. But it depends on a lot of factors!. Age, if you've gained or lost weight or muscle mass during the off time, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
