Question: How can I lose 3lb!. in a week!?

Green Tea, lean (no fried or skin), lots of veggies (as many as you like-steamed is good); no starch, sugar, salt, only diet soda (if you have one); plenty of WATER-U can get it through fruit if you hate drinking water!. Natural fruits w/ no sugar added!.
I know u want to lose weight and it's all good (I'm a big girl too) but please be comfortable in you own skin and love yourself regardless!. If you don't, even if you get smaller, you still won't love your body or yourself!.!.!.

To lose 1lb a week you must cut down by 500 calories a day!. So to lose 3 pounds a week you would need to cut down your calorie intake by 1500 calories a day!.
However you will find that you lose more in the first week or two of dieting due to fluid loss etc!.
Depends how many calories you consume a day now really!. I would recommend calorie counting, but don't go any lower than 1200 kcals a day as your body will go into starvation mode!.
Try a herbal remedy for appetite control such as yerba mate which might help stop you want to eat all the time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand about the weight/summer thing, I need to do it too :)
but losing a lot of weight in one week doesn't keep off!. D: It's better to exercise and eat healthier (yada yada yada, like you've been hearing) than not eat for a week or so!. Try and cut back on the sugar; candy, and fatty foods; potato chips, chinese take-out, etc!.
A 30-minute walk each day helps as well, and if you have a dog to walk, that would be great! Or you could grab a friend and go take a walk somewhere!.

calm down ppl!. its ok to loose weight in a week!. depending on how overweight you are!. my sister is 13 and she was overweight!. she was able to loose 8 pounds in 3 days just by walking to school and avoiding junk food!. the more overweight you are the easier it is to loose weight,!. its harder if you are healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com
