Question: Losin lots of weight!?
i need good not so strict diets and exercises to help me lose lot of weight coz i really want to look good next year so i canfit in my lil green dress for dances!. and plus just to tell u i am 13 years old and i weih 174 pounds i no thats a lot thats why i need sooooo much help!!!! and if u can plz suggest summer activities too!. and it would be awesome if u guys found websites for me also!

Do things that you enjoy that also burn calories!. I like to play basketball and go rollerblading in this park near my house!. You should try getting some roller blades, or tennis lessons and if there is a pool you can swim in try doing laps!. Do you play any sports now!? As far as a diet is concerned I would recommend fueling your body with small balanced meals!. Basically that means whole grain oats, protein (eggs, chicken, turkey, and fish), vegetables, nuts and berries and other fruits!. Also drink milk, and cut down on white carbs like potatoes, white bread, bagels etc!. Try to stay away from fried foods and things that are high in sugar, and focus on portion control, which means 6 smalls meals a day is better than 3 big ones!. If you have been eating well all week don't forget that it is ok to reward yourself at the end with a "cheat day"! if you already do alot of that go to a local pool and swim laps all day!.
