Question: Strength Training Exercise routine !?
Cardiovascular exercise is recommended after lifting weights so that your stored energy and fat gets burned up first!. But is working out and lifting weights daily a better routine or every other day is better!? Because for abs exercise it is recommended that we do it about 4 times a week so that the muscles have time to heal !. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
