Question: I need to lose 15 pounds to join the military but im having a hard time!.!.!. PLEASE HELP!?
I want to join the army ASAP and I need to lose 15 pounds very quickly to meet the body fat percentage standards!. Ive been trying to for a month now but i cant keep the weight off!. Ive tried everything and Im starting to lose hope!. Please Help me!.!. im about 5'10!.!.!. 230 pounds!. What can I do to quickly take it off!? I dont care if it stays off, I just need to get it off for a couple of days until I weigh in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi, first congradulations on the decision ofmilitary! i've used this diet to lose instant weight for weddings and parties, so i know it works!.
you can eat as much of this as you want, but if you cheat, you won't lose anything, so, it's really up to you!.

Raw green veggies
Meats without skin
at least 64 oz of water

no soda, sauces or breaded meats!.

follow this for 3 days strickly and you will lose ten pounds!.

You should care if the weight doesn't stay off because once you're in, you're going to be put through the ringer (so to speak), and your body needs to be prepared for that!. In other words, there's a reason they have a body fat limit! You need to be able to handle the physical stress they're about to put you through!.

Having said that, you should definitely (as the other answer suggested) PT every day!. You should put yourself through your own bootcamp in anticipation of things to come!. You should be running and doing pushups, pullups, situps, squats, etc!. (your basic calisthenics)!. You should try to do this throughout the day for several hours total!. You'll lose fat and get yourself ready for real boot camp!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

Cut the fat, cholesterol and sugar as much as possible out of your diet!. Run (Well jog if you can't run fast!.) 2 miles, do 30 sit ups in 2 minutes, and 30 push-ups in 2 minutes every day and in a few weeks, you will be in shape!. I know because I got an award for losing weight when they changed the regulations and I was suddenly overweight by 10 lbs!., though I hadn't gained a single ounce!. One key was I quit drinking sugared soft drinks and went to diet ones!. I dropped 20 lbs!. in a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first drink plenty of water, cut out soda and juices!. try adding some cardio to your workout, ride a bike a like jog!. You will be surprise if you may not lose the weight in pounds but you can just tone and meet the standards!.
