What exercise helps make thighs slimer ? how long should one excercise to see results ?


Answers:

adduction and abduction(basically, squeezing together and spreading apart with resistence) i don't remember which is which but that's not important. what they do is important. squeezing together with a ball or a thighmaster will work inner thigh. using an elastic band around both legs and stretching apart will work outer thighs and butt.

also, lunges, both forward and sideways,squats and stretches all work that entire area
