Question: I have tried everything to lose weight and its not working!.!.tell what the hell i need to do!.!?
I have gained some weight after havin my twin daughter and i've been tryin to get rid of it but nothin i do seems to work!.!. any suggestions!.!.

p!.s I dont stuff my mouth all day long!.!. I eat three to 4 times a day and i hate sweets and chips!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

EAT ONLY: fruit, veg, A2 milk, egg, fish - that is healthy and oily like salmon/tuna (daily), chicken, (4) beef/lamb,(3) drink 2 litres of water a day!. Make sure you dont overcook the meat!. It should still be pink inside!. Whey Protein powder
Juices are a good alternative to actually eaing fruit and it is also easier for you to digest juice!. Try apple, carot and celery!. Also dont overcook your vegetables and eat raw foods as much as possilbe!.

DONT EAT:Wheat, gluten!. avoid processed foods as much as possible, some dairy products, bread!.

EXERCISE:
DAILY - When you need an energy boost - Sprints!. Sprints is when you run really hard and really fast for as long as you can then walk then repeat, until you are suffiently tired, its best to do this in the morning, the endorphin boost is a really nice wake up call!.
EVERY SECOND DAY TO 3X a week - WEIGHTS! I highly regard deadlifts to be the most supreme exercise you can do to tone your body!.It wil tone your back, lovehandles, legs, butt shoulders!.

THIS routine is higly demanding so i recommend that you, start slowly and build gradually unless you have the time and mind clarity to handle this and even then be gentle on yourself, spend some time thinking about the things you want with your body and life and also try to do things that you find relaxing such as watching a film!. Also you could try exercising with a friend or neighbour you might find it easier and more enjoyable!.
The best thing you could for yourself and your body is to research this stuff, and visit a doctor who specialises in nutrition he might prescribe you some supplements!.

exercise! getting up and getting the heart going is the only way to lose the weight!. You'll be more successful also by changing your diet!. Cut the carbs, calories, ditch the sugars/junk!. Avoid artificial flavors!. Stick to fresh foods!. Fruit, veggies! Watch the starches like potato's, white rice, etc!. Switch to brown rice, switch to whole grain wheat pasta and breads!.

Agree with Think, only half as much with Meow!. Eat non-processed foods!. Cut back on sugars!. Some wheat and bread can be good for you!. Stick to whole grains!. Exercise! Get some iron moving!. Building some muscle will help burn the fat away!. Don't worry about getting "too big" from weight-lifting!. If it were that sudden or easy there wouldn't be so many fat/skinny guys all over the place!.

BTW, there is no "toning" through weight lifting!. You either gain or lose fat!. Gain or lose muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, what you wanna do is stay away from any starches or sugars!.

Stick to whole grains and fruits!.

Plus, instead of eating 3-4 times a day, enhalf tthe portions and eat about six times a day!. If you do that, it'll increase your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
