Diet Plan any good?

Is this a good diet plan?

Breakfast- Frosted mini wheats+milk= 250 calories (good fiber)

Snack- Banana OR some kind of fruit- 80 or less calories

Medium Lunch- Soup or Tuna or meat and crackers with celery- 250-300 calories

Big Supper!- A vegetable (like green beans), a meat or fish, and a bread or pasta.- 300 calories

Snack- 100 calorie pack of cookies or a 110 calorie lowfat oatmeal with milk or orange juice

Btw im drinking water the whole time except for my last snack is this any good?

im on the 1500 calorie diet and i work out every other day. And actually i usually end up with about 1400 cals.


Answers:

are you working out? if you are your calories need to be around 1800, since you are a guy.
if you aren't, they need to be between 1400-1600.

your breakfast cereal might need a wee bit more fiber. have you tried kashi golean crunch honey flax. it's delicious and has more fiber and sweetness. or just plain kashi go lean with nonfat vanilla yogurt.
for your AM snack, you need something more filling, you can add a tbsp of peanut butter to the apple, or have it with stonyfield farm yogurt (contains 3g fiber per serving). a good filling food is hummus. it's good on wheat cracker or a slice of bread for snack. it's usually 50cals per 2 tbsp. looks very balanced and you are good with the protein!
